Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests can be submitted only through official communication channels.

If booking is cancelled after confirmation, cancellation charges apply according to airline, hotel, visa provider or third-party provider policies.

Connect 2 Fly service fees remain non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject only to airline, hotel or provider policies.

7. No Refund on Customer Cancellation

If customer cancels voluntarily due to personal reasons, schedule changes, document issues, or change of travel plan:

• Connect 2 Fly will not refund its service fees.
• Only refundable amounts approved by service provider may be processed after deductions.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing correct booking information including:

• Full Legal Name
• Passport Details
• Valid Identification Documents
• Contact Information
• Travel Dates and Passenger Details

Incorrect information may result in cancellation or additional charges.

9. Travel Documents Responsibility

Customers are responsible for arranging and carrying valid:

• Passport
• Visa
• Government Identification
• Travel Permits
• Vaccination Certificates where required

Connect 2 Fly is not responsible for denied boarding, immigration refusal, visa rejection, or travel restrictions caused by incomplete documentation.

10. Third Party Services

Connect 2 Fly acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, insurance companies and visa partners.

We are not responsible for:

• Airline Delays
• Flight Cancellations
• Hotel Overbooking
• Schedule Changes
• Weather Conditions
• Government Restrictions
• Service Failure by Third Parties

11. Chargeback Policy

By making payment on Connect 2 Fly, customers agree not to file unauthorized or fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks.

Chargebacks are considered invalid if:

• Booking has been successfully processed
• Service has already been initiated
• Customer voluntarily cancels after payment
• Customer changes travel plans after booking
• Customer fails to use booked services

If unauthorized chargeback is initiated:

• Connect 2 Fly reserves the right to dispute with booking evidence
• Customer account may be permanently blocked
• Recovery charges and administrative fees may be claimed
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action

12. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Use false payment information
• Attempt fraudulent bookings
• Misuse website systems
• Attempt unauthorized access to website data
• Use our services for illegal purposes

13. Limitation of Liability
